1. Acceptance of Terms
This Player Agreement (the "Agreement") constitutes a legally binding contract between you (the "Player") and Northern Draw Hub (the "Operator," "we," "us"). By registering for an account, accessing the website, or purchasing any lottery product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not access the website or use our services.
2. Player Eligibility
Participation in Northern Draw Hub games is strictly limited to individuals who meet ALL of the following criteria:
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 19 years of age. Buying tickets for minors is a punishable offense.
- Residency: You must be a resident of Canada.
- Physical Location: You must be physically located within the borders of an eligible Canadian province or territory at the time of purchase. We utilize geolocation technology to enforce this rule.
- Not Excluded: You must not be self-excluded from gambling activities or barred by any provincial gaming authority.
Note on VPNs: The use of VPNs, proxies, or location-spoofing software to bypass geolocation checks is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any winnings.
3. Account Registration and Security
3.1 One Account Policy
You are permitted to open and maintain only one (1) account. If we discover that you have opened multiple accounts (e.g., to abuse bonuses or bypass limits), all associated accounts will be closed.
3.2 Accurate Information
You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You must update your information immediately if it changes (e.g., change of address). Failure to verify your identity may result in the inability to withdraw winnings.
3.3 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify Customer Support immediately.
4. Ticket Purchases and Wallet
4.1 Final Sale: All ticket purchases are final. Once a ticket has been generated by the central gaming system, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged.
4.2 Funding: You must deposit funds into your Northern Draw Hub wallet before purchasing tickets. We do not offer credit. Transactions will appear on your bank statement as "NDH GAMING".
4.3 Cut-off Times: Tickets for a specific draw must be purchased before the designated cut-off time (typically 7:30 PM local time on draw nights). Purchases made after this time will automatically be entered into the next available draw.
5. Prize Claims and Payouts
5.1 Validation
All winning claims are subject to validation against the official central computer records. The electronic record held by Northern Draw Hub is the sole authority for determining whether a ticket is a winner. A screen display or printed receipt does not guarantee a win.
5.2 Prize Thresholds
- Prizes under $1,000: Will be automatically credited to your player wallet within 24 hours of the draw.
- Prizes between $1,000 and $25,000: May require additional identity verification before funds are released.
- Major Prizes ($25,000+): Must be claimed in person at a Northern Draw Hub Prize Centre. Major winners may be required to participate in publicity (photos/interviews) as a condition of receiving the prize, subject to provincial regulations.
5.3 Expiry
All prizes must be claimed within twelve (12) months from the draw date. Unclaimed prizes expire and are returned to the prize fund or charitable programs as mandated by law.
6. Prohibited Conduct
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you engage in:
- Collusion or Syndicates: Playing in an organized group to manipulate the outcome or odds is prohibited unless using official "Group Play" tools (if available).
- Fraudulent Activity: Use of stolen credit cards, chargebacks, or money laundering.
- System Abuse: Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 System Malfunctions: "Malfunction voids all pays and plays." In the event of a system error, bug, or hardware failure that causes incorrect information to be displayed (e.g., an erroneous jackpot amount or false win notification), Northern Draw Hub is not liable to pay the erroneous amount.
7.2 Service Interruptions: We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for losses caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's device.
8. Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting Customer Support. We reserve the right to terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, any legitimate funds remaining in your wallet will be refunded to you, subject to security checks.
9. Amendments
Northern Draw Hub reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be notified via email or a pop-up upon login. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
